Aug 2 God is Working

Today I was reminded that God is working much more than we realize at any moment.

Just before I left for Germany someone came forward at my church for prayer. She wanted prayer for someone that lives in Frankfurt. I prayed for her and then told her I was going to Bad Nauheim, near Frankfurt in two days from that time.

Since my flight from RDU was delayed I missed my original flight to Germany. This prevented my original plan to invite the person to a church in Frankfurt.

I was discouraged about that and wondering what to do. Today I was reviewing with a missionary what we did to improve her computer and I asked where she served. She said in Frankfurt. Wow!

I told her the story and contacted the original person at my church that came forward for prayer. After exchanging contact information the missionary plans to follow up with the person in Frankfurt.

The missionary and I prayed together for the person in Frankfurt. We rejoiced together that God was working more than we realized.

Please pray for the missionary to be able to follow up with the young person in Frankfurt.

Please pray for the young person in Frankfurt that God would protect her from the evil one and she would be open to meeting with the missionary and getting discipled in a good church.
